Program Format
Apprenticeship training is delivered through a hybrid model that combines classroom or virtual instruction with practical, on-the-job application. Depending on the program, apprentices may attend evening or weekly sessions through Power U’s internal instructors or external partners such as ABC and IEC. Hands-on lab experiences, technical workshops, and continuous jobsite mentorship ensure that each participant gains real-world, applicable skills.
Enrollment
Enrollment processes and eligibility vary by programs and local chapters. Employment is managed through Learning and Development's Apprentice & Trade Advocacy team. The process includes a performance review, math & comprehension assessment, and an interview.
