Led by our Learning and Development department, teams can request dedicated time to participate in a variety of engaging activities aimed at fostering relationships, enhancing communication skills, building trust, and more.
What to Expect
The Team Building Program is designed to bring teams together and support the development of strong, positive relationships among participants. The primary objective is to enhance team collaboration through various activities tailored to the team’s needs. The skills and knowledge gained from this program will vary depending on the specific outcomes requested by the team.
What's Next?
Once you have submitted your request, an L&D representative will contact you to set a Discovery Meeting to discuss your team's needs. This will determine the activities and direction your team will take for the Team Building Experience. Once the plan has been set, L&D will schedule the activity. Then, you show up, and participate in the experience!
