The CAMP Technical Training programs are designed to elevate the technical expertise of Power Design’s field employees through focused, hands-on learning. Each program strengthens jobsite performance, ensures consistency in installation practices, and supports ongoing professional development.

Program Format

CAMP Technical Training programs are delivered in person at the LINK and the GRID, combining classroom instruction with immersive, hands-on lab experiences. Training is led by internal subject matter experts and technical instructors, with activities that simulate real jobsite conditions. Each program emphasizes active participation, practical demonstration, and immediate application of learned skills in the field.

Enrollment

Enrollment is managed by Power Design’s Learning and Development Ops Excellence team, working directly with department leaders to schedule participants and confirm eligibility.​
