Mentoring Program - Superintendents

The mentorship program is designed to provide superintendents with support, training, and guidance as they grow in their careers at Power Design.

Key Outcomes

  • Mentee's project will be “Crushing It”

  • Mentee will have developed the skills and achieved the results outlined in the Superintendent Success Profile

Program Format

  • Delivery: In-person and virtual​

    • Mentor meeting locations and cadence determined by pairings

    • L&D trainings occur virtually every month

  • ​Required Components: Survey completions every 6 months, jobsite walkthroughs, ongoing feedback conversations

Participant Requirements

Participants and mentorship pairings are identified by VPs and SVPs and are managed by Learning and Development's Career Development team. Those identified for this program fall into one or more of the following categories:

  • New to PDI​ or new to the role

  • Working with a new customer or working with a new product type

  • In need of additional training and/or experience
