This program provides participants with the skills to perform CPR, use an AED, and administer first aid in real-life emergency situations. Participants learn when and how to respond to emergencies, including multiple first aid scenarios, to ensure effective and timely care.

Program Format

In-person training held every 3 weeks or by request.

Includes hands-on CPR practice using manikins with feedback devices, AED trainers, and first aid simulations.

Delivered using AHA course materials with in-class skills assessments.
Enrollment
This is required for Foremen leveling and above; open to all employees. Enrollment is managed by Onboarding and the Learning & Development team, with additional sessions available by request.
