Safety Training-
CPR & First Aid

This program provides participants with the skills to perform CPR, use an AED, and administer first aid in real-life emergency situations. Participants learn when and how to respond to emergencies, including multiple first aid scenarios, to ensure effective and timely care.

PREREQUISITES

Key Outcomes

  • Perform CPR and use an AED in emergency situations.

  • Apply first aid techniques across a variety of real-life scenarios.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in life-saving skills through hands-on practice.

Program Format

  • In-person training held every 3 weeks or by request.

  • Includes hands-on CPR practice using manikins with feedback devices, AED trainers, and first aid simulations.

  • Delivered using AHA course materials with in-class skills assessments.

Enrollment

This is required for Foremen leveling and above; open to all employees. Enrollment is managed by Onboarding and the Learning & Development team, with additional sessions available by request.
