Participants join the program as Project Engineers (PEs), and spend two years learning the ins and outs of Power Design's processes by gaining experience across several departments.

Key Outcomes

  • Provide Project Engineers with rotational exposure to multiple operational departments.

  • Develop technical and management skills through hands-on experience and mentorship.

  • Prepare participants for long-term career growth within operations and leadership roles.

Program Format

  • 18–24 month rotation program with six-month department placements.

  • Includes departmental goal tracking, quarterly workshops, presentations, and end-of-rotation Knowledge Checks and an end-of-program Assessment.

Managed by Learning and Development's Career Development  team.
