Participants join the program as Project Engineers (PEs), and spend approximately 1.5 years learning the ins and outs of Power Design's processes by gaining experience across several departments.

Program Format and Logistics

Approximately 18 month rotation program with varying placement lengths depending on the department and chosen path.

Required Rotation: 12 weeks on a jobsite for Field Rotation

Includes departmental learning plans, workshops, presentations, and end-of-rotation Assessment.
