Key Outcomes

  • Provide students and early-career professionals with hands-on experience in construction management, field operations, and engineering.

  • Develop professional skills, technical understanding, and familiarity with Power Design’s culture and processes.

Program Format

  • Structured 10–12 week summer internship combining field rotations, mentorship, and project-based learning.

  • Includes site visits, team-building events, leadership panels, and capstone presentations.

Enrollment

Managed directly through Learning and Development's Career Development team.
