Provide students and early-career professionals with hands-on experience in construction management, field operations, and engineering.

Develop professional skills, technical understanding, and familiarity with Power Design’s culture and processes.
Program Format

Structured 10–12 week summer internship combining field rotations, mentorship, and project-based learning.

Includes site visits, team-building events, leadership panels, and capstone presentations.
Enrollment
Managed directly through Learning and Development's Career Development team.
