CAMP Tours
CAMP Tours provide employees with an opportunity to explore the CAMP Training Facility through an interactive, in-person tour led by Subject Matter Experts.

Key Outcomes

Introduce new and existing employees to Power Design’s Best Practices, safety standards, and technical training environments.

Build awareness of company culture, core values, and field innovation through guided exploration.

Reinforce expectations around quality, safety, and consistency across all trades.
Program Format

In-person 1-2 hour guided tour at the CAMP facility, led by the Learning and Development and Safety teams.

Includes walkthroughs of the technical labs, evaluation units, and training areas.

May include short interactive demonstrations or Q&A sessions.

Participants are required to successfully complete an assessment at the end of the tour.
Enrollment
Managed through the Learning and Development Career Development team. Scheduled by department or leadership teams for new hires, boot camp attendees, or internal groups.
