This program is designed to strengthen superintendents’ ability to effectively lead and develop their foremen and apprentices. Participants build leadership, coaching, communication, and technical skills necessary to guide teams on the jobsite.

Program Format

Three-month hybrid program.

Month 1: Virtual sessions.

Ongoing: Completion of three eLearning courses in Workday.

Month 3: In-person training at the GRID, including hands-on EV training and a LINK tour.
